Case Study - High End E-commerce Site

The Challenge: An e-commerce site without a shopping cart. Products are displayed and visitors click a button to inquire about a specific item. Transactions actually occur over the phone. A site upgrade required mimicing several features from their old site while adding new features at the same time.

The Solution: A Gachi Site was built with categories for all products. There are several levels of users with different levels of access. Clients can register and receive newsletters. The company has employees to enter products, edit SEO information, and administer the overall site. The home page has several hand built components - a rotating animated display of featured watches and individual panels that are edited by the site owner to highlight desired watches and categories.

Custom forms were built to allow site visitors to inquire about a particular watch. They type in their contact information but the necessary information about the particular watch is automatically passed to the form.
