What To Expect

Wondering what happens after you place an order? It's actually a pretty simple process!

1. We contact you to clearly define your needs and goals.  For example, we discuss what features you need, and how they should be set up.
2. If you ordered the corporate identity package, we start with a design discussion.  We'll ask you for examples of sites you like, color schemes, any graphics you want to use, etc.
   1. We provide a preliminary graphic version of your website and ask for feedback.
   2. Rinse, lather, repeat! (Any changes or suggestions will be made and a new version provided until we get it right.)
3. We complete the "back end" programming of the website and integrate it with the graphics.
4. When the site is ready to be delivered, the other 50% of your set up fee is due.
5. You receive your personal user name and password as well as thorough training and support on how to manage the site.
